Halloween Challenge: Trick or Drabble

We've been a little inactive lately because stuff happened but we're back now with our annual

Halloween: Trick or Drabble Challenge!!

step one: people who want to will set up "houses" by commenting on this Trick or Drabble post with their usernames.

You have the option of creating a candy bowl with options of candy that people can select from. For example, if I were to set up a candy bowl, I would do it in the following way:
kira_shadow's: candy bowl:
-Kisumai
-MSM
-ABC-Z
-Assorted Kanju
-Assorted Juniors
-... etc

You don't need one of those, though, if you're willing to write whatever, just say so.

If you have a limited time, say so up front (i.e. "I can only give out 10 drabbles!) because we would rather you participate a little rather than not at all. But we'll leave this go for 2 weeks so people have plenty of time. Even if you've never written for us before, that's okay! This is a party! everybody is welcome to try.

step two: members request a drabble simply by commenting on the user they want with "Trick or Drabble!"

If the user has a candy bowl you can request something from it! If you want something specific that they didn't list, or if the user doesn't have a candy bowl, by all means ask for it, but the Treater is under no obligation to fill your request! You can also ask to be surprised! You don't need to know the person to comment on their "house" and you can comment to as many or as few houses as you feel comfortable!

step three: the original commenter will reply with a treat!

I'm suspending the usual 100-word rule for this challenge. You can give out tootsie rolls (sentence fics) or king-sized candy bars(longer drabbles), so that anybody who wants to can play. This is just a fun way for us to participate as a community. Of course if you want to write 100 words, go right for it!

And if you're up for it, make your candy Halloween flavored! But if you'd rather not, don't feel bound by it. You can decide how much/little you want to get into it!

Thanks to moonspoken for letting us borrow her idea, and if you have any questions go ahead and ask. Pimp it out so we get as many people playing as possible for the next two weeks!

trick or drabble!

I'd love any tama pairing, maybe something dark, I'm awful at thinking of specific prompts.

A bit late, and it's nothing dark. I'm not even sure if this is okay, but that duet photoshot totally killed my brain and I had to write this.

--

Tamamori was fixing his hair, looking intently at his reflection in the mirror. Usually this was an activity in which Tamamori immersed himself completely, registering other people’s presence in the room only as shadows in the background, but that day he was paying a lot of attention to what was happening behind him.

Yokoo had just scolded Nikaido because he forgot once again to put the lid back on the bottle, and Miyata had knocked it over while trying to throw a ball of towels to Kitayama, who was dozing off on the sofa. Even if it was almost time to work, as Yokoo had already pointed out. Yokoo had already took out the hairspray from his bag because Fujigaya had forgotten his, and he didn’t like the one that was provided for them in the room. He had also reminded Senga to put on the bits of his costumes that were missing, especially the shoes.

Tamamori stopped to stare at Yokoo. It was a familiar scene; Yokoo dispensing supplies to the others or scolding them for their messines or lateness or “for God’s sake Kitayama, they just fixed your hair”. It was familiar but yet, the feeling was unfamiliar for Tamamori, since Yokoo had rarely something to complain about him.

He looked at Nikaido grinning hopelessly in fear when Yokoo told him for the nth time to throw the rubbish in the bin and to stop the pranks when it was about time to get ready. Suddenly Tamamori felt a bit jealous that Yokoo had never given him that much attention.

After the shooting, Tamamori had the courage to face Yokoo and convinced him to follow him to a deserted staff room.

“What is it Tama?”

“You never scold me.”

Yokoo’s puzzled smile and awkward face made the reply sound rough and lacking emotion to Tamamori’s ears.

“Why would I?”

“You always scold the others.”

“Yes, but...”

“You never scold me, though. Why?”

“Because I don’t need to. You never do anything terribly wrong.”

“Do I?”

“Yes. You are polite and even if you’re a bit distracted sometimes, I’ve never seen you making the mess the others do.”

“But I...”

"But what, Tama? It sounds like you are complaining because I don’t scold you? Nikaido would open a bottle of champagne if I didn’t tell him off for just one day.”

“It’s that it looks like you don’t care for me,” Tamamori said, dropping his look down. Yokoo’s eyes widened and he walked into Tamamori’s personal space looking straight into his eyes.

“I do care for you. Look, I’m complimenting you for not being like Nikaido.”

“But you like Nikaido,” Tamamori pouted and looked at the side. “I just want some attention too.”

“And I guess a praise is not what you want, am I right?” Yokoo asked as Tamamori placed a hand on his chest and started fiddling with the dangling bits of his outfit.

“Maybe then you should work on something I could scold you for,” Yokoo ran his knuckles on Tamamori’s cheek and they exchanged a glance.

“Yokoo-san” Tamamori said before tilting his head to receive Yokoo’s kiss.

Tamamori wrapped his arms around Yokoo’s shoulders and Yokoo rested his hands on Tamamori’s hipbone, drawing their bodies closer as they both melted into the kiss.

Yokoo left a trail of gentle pecks on Tamamori’s jaw and neck, while the other was sinking his hands in Yokoo’s long hair.

“Yokoo-san?”

“Mh?”

“I’m pretty sure this won’t be the reason why I’ll get scolded but perhaps I can try to make you yell?”
